Not all acts of bias are easy to see or identify. Some are so subtle, they're only felt. These seemingly harmless, and usually unintentional, interactions are known as microaggressions. Like overt forms of discrimination, they take a significant toll on the physical and mental health of those on the receiving end.
On behalf of Canada's largest Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) organizations, we created a tool for change — the world's first encyclopedia of microaggressions.
